"Adams New Edge" is owned and operated by Don and Renee Adams and is based out of Courtenay, British Columbia. Don is considered one of the best in the sharpening industry and has been in business since 1998 for years he has been specializing in reconditioning scissors, clipper blades and knives used by the industry’s top professionals. Renee is in charge of billing, sales and the public relations aspect of the business and with her 15+ years in the grooming and breeding industry, she is a great asset to the company.

When should I have Adams New Edge recondition my scissors?

For Pet Groomers and Veterinary Clinics, you are scheduled on a 6 week cycle. Knife sharpening is scheduled in a 4 week cycle. Beauty Salon scissors and clipper blades should be done every 4 weeks.
